This project is an AI-powered video generation platform that transforms long-form scripts into coherent cinematic videos, overcoming the limitation of current video generation models that restrict output to short clips (typically ~15 seconds). The system uses a Large Language Model (LLM) to intelligently break a full script into structured, time-bound segments with consistent characters, scenes, and transitions. Each segment is then converted into a short video clip using a video generation API. These clips are processed in parallel and stitched together into a seamless final video using a media pipeline. In addition, the platform includes a chatbot interface that allows users to interact with their script—ask questions, refine narratives, or generate insights—before creating the final video. The backend is built using Flask for lightweight API orchestration, and the system is designed to run on cloud infrastructure for scalability. The result is a practical “AI Director” pipeline that bridges the gap between narrative storytelling and current-generation video AI limitations.
